There are currently 17 condos available for sale at The Portofino Tower which is one more than last month. No sales have been recorded in 2024 yet. The condos available for purchase range from a 1-bedroom condo listed at $1,300,000 or $1,192/sqft to a 4-bedrooms condo listed at $8,975,000 or $1,990/sqft.

There is a surprising high inventory in this building because there are major assessments done at the pool, on the balconies and the porte cochere. See my recommendation if you are looking to purchase a condo at the Portofino tower. If you are looking to purchase a 1-bedroom condo, the condo #806 is listed at $1,449,000 or $1249/sqft. This condo has been completely remodeled with white floors, new black kitchen and bathroom. This is one of the most affordable options at The Portofino Tower and would be a good option to look at if you are looking for an entry price point.

Concerning 2 bedrooms condos, there are 6 condos available for sale at the Portofino Tower condo. The condo #2002 has an incredible view but needs to be remodeled. If you have time and want to engage into a remodeling condo project the condo #2002 is a good option. This condo is listed at $2,590,000 or $1269/sqft . On the other hand, if you prefer a remodeled condo turn key then you should go for the condo #2102 that has been upgraded with custom bathroom cabinets and the kitchen is by Mia Cucina. The condo #2102 is listed at $2,950,000 or $1446/sqft. The price difference between those 2 condos is considerable but one is a remodeled condo and the other one not.

If you are thinking of buying a 3 bedrooms condo at The Portofino Tower, 7 condos are available for sale. The condo I recommended previously was the condo #2306, previously listed at $3,250,000 and now decreased to$3,175,000 or $1556/sqft. This condo for sale has a partial bay view and direct ocean view. This condo is perfectly remodeled with a designer kitchen and a bathroom with spa features. Let’s wait until next month to see if the Portofino Tower will finally see its first sale of the 2024 year.
